My Services

What I do

I don’t hand you off to a junior. Every brief, inspection, negotiation and settlement is handled by me, directly. Whether you’re buying your first home, building an investment portfolio, or bidding at auction, you get my full attention the whole way through.

Full acquisition service

Every Service. One point of contact.

Below are the six core services I offer. Each can stand alone, or I can build a package around what you actually need.

Full Buyer's Advocacy

Full service, from your first brief to keys in hand. I search on-market and off-market, inspect, run due diligence, negotiate or bid, and stay with you through to settlement.

Vendor Advocacy

If you’re selling, I help you choose the right agent for your area and price range, and I keep an eye on the campaign so you’re not navigating it alone.

Auction Bidding

Auctions are designed to create pressure. Competitive bidding, time limits, and a room full of strangers watching. It’s not a normal environment for making a large financial decision.

I attend and bid on your behalf. I know where to set your limit, when to hold back, and when to push. You can be there on the day, or I can handle it while you wait for my call.

Off-Market Property

Some of the best properties never get listed publicly. Sellers who want a quiet transaction. Properties changing hands between agents and their contacts. These deals don’t appear on public listings.

I have spent years building genuine relationships with selling agents across Brisbane. That means I hear about properties before they go to market, and sometimes before the vendors have made their final decision.

Investment Property Advisory

Buying an investment property is a different job to buying a home. The numbers have to work: rental yield, growth potential, vacancy risk, and what the suburb is actually doing right now.

I research the fundamentals before I recommend anything. Comparable rental data, vacancy rates, recent capital growth, and a clear picture of supply in the area. Then I find the property that fits the brief and handle the acquisition from there.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions Buyers Ask Before Their First Call

Straight answers to what people want to know before committing to anything.

What’s the difference between full advocacy and one-off help like auction bidding?

Full advocacy covers everything from search to settlement. One-off help –  like auction bidding, or a negotiation on a property you’ve already found – is for a specific job. If you’re not sure which fits, a quick call will sort it out.

Both. Off-market search is part of every full-advocacy engagement, through my relationships with local agents.
